Hi I’m Wendy.
I’m a bit eclectic and my videos will most likely reflect this, I have many, many hobbies which I’d like to include on here, my partner James will also feature and upload on here too as I drag him into the hobbies with me 🤣 and our children enjoy our hobbies too.
I’m an avid reader, I read anything and everything I can get my hands on! To reflect this I will be uploading regular “read with me” videos and book related content.
My other hobbies include, but are not limited to, crochet, knitting, gardening, cooking, jigsaw puzzles, diamond art, walking, skating, and Lego. I reserve the right to take up further hobbies as and when I discover them 🤣

Thank you 😊 I do actually sell them. I pop them up on my eBay if I have spare ones, mostly my friends and family ask for them 😅 I also do the occasional local craft fair 😊

Its the butter ypure slathering on your bread love... its almost pure fat.. also cut to 2 meals a day
Thank you for the advice 😊 I have cut back on the bread and “butter” (dairy free) and have lost 7lbs this week, I will cut it back some more.

Keep in mind, just like regular sugar is very bad for weight gain, natural sugars in fruits are too. Be careful with eating 3 portions of fruit every day, if you lower that by one you’ll have an easier time losing weight. Keep it up!

This looks like a really good balanced diet! I hope you reach your goal, however I think you will really learn more about nutrition and your health than losing weight, it isn’t the ONLY goal you should reach :)
