I could not seem to get it powered on and finally figured out that I had to use all of my strength to push the power connection into the unit until I heard it snap in. Then it finally powered on.
No, probably your product is defected, replace it, I just tried mine again and I’ve had it for months now, it still powered on with a simple little touch ..
@@NadaAngelinah - The power button works fine. It's the cord that I had a hard time attaching to the unit. Please carefully read my prior comment again.

You put too much clothes in the washer side - you’re going to cause the motor to overheat and break. Also, your clothes aren’t washing. Common sense.
The washer side is fine but the spinner needs less clothes overall not my type of washers

I wonder what the ingredients is because it says peroxide free on Amazon but doesn’t say what it uses instead.
Ingredients from Amazon: (I'm not sure if it's correct because I do have these strips and there is no list of ingredients on the package, it's made in China and as far I know they don't have to put it): Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Aqua, Phthalimidoperoxycaproic. If it's true then Phthalimidoperoxycaproic is stronger than hydrogen paroxide, but more harmful at the same time. However, I use it currently and it only works temporary for around 30 minutes, so I don't think these ingredients are true, it's rather fake whitening. Also, there is no information about safety regulations so I don't know what is that lady talking about... Only info that comes with these strips is how to use it... I do not recommend.

Not sure but there is no sushi settings in it
