Thanks for this informative documentary. I have learnt about samburu community through this documentery.
Why not live near the water?
Show us in their houses?
This is very thoughtful isiolo is a very productive area so longer water issue is sorted
This is a good move. Yet, you need to cover the North and the East too. The whole of this coverage is central alone ( a section of Samburu that could be considered to be wetter than the other parts.) And Samburu ( originated from the Lokop word 'Sampur' which is a name for the purse/handbag made from a cow's hide) The flamboyance, or the colourful ( actually a merged tradition and modern dress code) attire is what the tourists referred as ' butterfly people ' A butterfly is called a 'sampiripiri ' . But with proper evidence you are at liberty to support this as the root name too.
Where are Plastic Beads from?
Why not live near the water?
@@irenedavo3768 there's water scarcity in the whole of Northern Kenya !
@@irenedavo3768 they are made in other countries as China and imported to Kenya
Good initiative
i think samburu projects are only considered in samburu west whereas samburu east and north which are more dry compared to the samburu west are neglected by county government and hence also influencing NGO's to neglect the most affected regions.
Anything improved?

Where are Plastic Beads from?
This is a good and impressive effort to take the community to the next level. Kudos
There's still much to be done. Most of those pipes don't work anymore. Good work though.
