This was an improvised music session that me and Jack Lidback had a fue months ago as we were preparing for our sound journey together.

How can one start learning throat singing please
You do some warmup exercises for singing first so you don't damage your vocal chords, then you experiment with different tonality and pressure. When you put certain restrictions in your throat and at the same time shape your mouth and tongue you will begin to hear overtones and harmonics, and you will feel it resonating in your body. It's all about experimenting and feeling your way towards it. You will realize that you will get slime in your throat if you are not used to it. I believe it kind of cleanses toxins through the throat, but be careful to not do it too much at one time, It can really hurt your throat if you are not conditioned. The slime will become less and less over time and it will be easier and easier to hit tones and harmonics. Some tones and harmonics are harder to hit for you in particular, what you can do to get better, is to hit tones that are close to it and kind of make the tone slightly higer and lower right around the tone you have difficulty with, then you kind of massage the vocal chords with the tones close to it to loosen up to be able to sing the tone. It helps to sing with intent love in the tones. When you practice remember to drink some water. It helps me sometimes if I put salt in the water as well as it kind of eases the throat and keeps the throat from dehydrating. You have to practice a lot to get good at it.
