Having 5 yrs of teaching experience in india, cmng for master of teaching course, at time of job will our previous overseas experience will be considered at time of salary?

I want to rent a one bedroom apartment so i can get back to work and no matter how many of them get built they will all be paid for in about 5 years its a win win. I dont need to rent an overpriced 2 or 3 bedroom home im a single male and i want to get back into work on monday mornings. Call me what you want but untill theres some one bedroom apartments for rent shut up!
