Great video, they dont have kart tracks like that in IL, I am a GP racer and the track that I race at is in Buffalo Grove K1 Speed👍
You know the karts aren't fast enough when the driver is resting their foot completely off of the brake pedal.
With electric karts you just need to know when to lift it acts like a brake by immediately reducing torque although when they are set to league speed braking is important
LMAO, the amount of unnecessary stopping, braking, and the awful lines you get from nonracers in your heat is relatable. Ofc we all go to these places for fun, but let's not pretend like the braking through flat-out corners isn't annoying. Hope to see you out on one of the indoor tracks up here soon.
Hope to see you one of these days at the track. I'm mostly at Brass City Raceway for karting just because Wallingford is an hour away and gas right now's a bitch.

@@spencerduquette2408no it is $25 for eight minutes around the track is $65 for three rounds around the track is not back to back you need to wait 10 30 minutes and then there’s 100 for five laps
Why don't you use a blue shell to attack other racers
If your driving is clean enough, you can earn a speed boost at least ;-)
Track 2 is much better than Track 1 not gonna lie.

Blue is reverse and green is a boost gain abt 10mph fit like 5 seconds every 2 min without hitting anything

Great video!! Went there this past weekend and waited 3 and a half hours to race. Well worth it.
I know lots of comments but they need to have a way to penalize people for not letting you pass when they give signs to Lyell other people to let you pass some greedy idiot wipes me out because I was way faster around the counters so he just cut super tight when I was on the inside and slammed me into the barrier
same thing happens to me but this kid turned so hard he spun himself out using me and got mad at me because he just turned into me. they need to give more instructions to the kids sometimes
