This is true. While home prices in other states are pushing ppl to Florida because it still cheaper than where they are

HOA cannot take your home unless you stop paying your dues. Then it’s possible to put a lien. Some are awful, I agree. But not all. 😊

I’m sorry I didn’t see the second half of your comment with questions. The insurance is not as high as the coast, however, the entire state had increases as in sure you know. I will confirm the ceiling height and get back to you but I believe it problem is 9’ or close
