what much was the excursion?
It was $166.50 per person with the whale watching. Since that was cancelled due to weather, we were refunded a portion. The glacier portion was really just a bus ride there and back to port.

We were surprised how bad it sounded after uploading to TH-cam, as it didn't sound nearly this poor in our editing software.

We cruised in early June. It seemed that rainy weather, at least for Spring and Summer, were the norm. Best of luck. We had a great time on the cruise.

Hurricane/TS Debby put a wet damper on our August vacation, but it was great to be in Rodanthe. We love it there.
When I moved to Juneau in 1984 the glacier ice was up to Nugget Falls. Now, at the end of 2024 barely any ice touches the water anymore. P.S. Great video!

Hello! I’m glad you enjoyed our video. We had an excursion planned for a whale watch followed by a bus to the glacier. The whale watch was cancelled due to weather but they kept the bus trip. It was a 15-20 minute.
