Francis Your a rock star, thanks for that. I new the name but have forgotten. Myself and my son caught one, off the boat in Simonstown and the locals gave us that same name you are referring to. Thank you very much.

Thanks for the great feedback and compliment on the video. Yes! there we plenty of Elf caught when we were there on the Bergriver. Will give more detail on the launch with my next boat trip. Myself and son are planning to do one in Simonstown soon. We had our hands full, as the Bergriver has a muddy shore and we battled each time to get out from the shore. We we literally stuck in the mud. Was planning with this video to bring a lot of footage on the launch and traveling into the water from the shore but had my hands tied with many things. Yes, the trailers are pricey. I have spend a small fortune on this boat so far, but worth every cent. Its great fun and takes your fishing experience to another level.

@WaynesFA-b1r awesome, please do a video on Simonstown when you go. There's been chokka around but mackerel are a bit on the small side and not really taking on sabiki. Also, heard of yellowtail on and off, but not consistent catches. I managed to catch one chokka last I went out, they were plenty on the fish finder but bite was very slow, they seemed to knock our jigs on the drop but didn't take.

Hi PJ They are very expensive transom wheels if you buy them for our local boat supply shops. + - R2800 a pair But got a great replacement for this on TEMU and quality is superior and great ratings, just as good as the ones at the boat supply shops. Paid R900.

Hi Deon, best of luck and strongs with that shoulder my friend. Hope by some miracle, it heals for you, to be able to join your follow Anglers. As far as the rod goes the Okuma Wavepower Pro 14ft casts fairly far with minimal effort. Just cast looking at a 45deg and you there. The previous Wave power generation rods, as I understand are well loved rod in Cape Town amounts the Broken Road / Bees pens Fishing Community. They truly great rods. Hi Muhsien, there are great things planned for the future with a lot of emphasis on the boat trips with awesome footage of everything. Weather till recently has been bad in Cape Town. But hopefully the great weather is coming soon. Also cant wait cause we are going to be Squid Fishing and Trolling / Jigging with soft paddle tails / Stick baits and various lures to catch Yellow tail / Roman / Katonkel / Blacktail and maybe Snoek. Its coming my friend, hold on to your seat. LOL Thanks for the comment

Great news. Any footage on previous videos =fitting of Dinghy Wheels. Any recommendations were to purchase these dinghy wheels.

This rod cast like a Beast and with hardly much effort, it has great backbone and does handle fish with ease. Also depended on what you want to catch. Edibles not a problem. Bronzies Im sure it can handle but not sure which size it limit would be. Thanks for the comment.
