His football career didn't quite take off, so he got into the working man's club scene in Lancashire.
Will we ever see the likes again. Big Ally changes the game when he came on.
Lovely 💙🤍
Simon Donnley was miles offside in that 2nd half chance
Remember going to this wi ma late Dad. Great memories
Merci ! Danke !
Jimmy mcnicol was a rude so and so. Why did he refuse to be interviewed by chicken young?
I like Gordy monroe
Every Raith rovers fan here I’ll do a push up One that’s me
Can you find the away win at Dumbarton from this season? 2-1
I don’t have that one, sorry. All of the footage I have is already uploaded.
❤🏴
COYR x
as a preston north end fan watching this i was not at all surprised to see bjarki gunnlaugsson fail to score when he was clean through.
The only time the wee team was famous 😂 in their history
Voted for 3 down for the next season ,and guess who went down?
We were absolutely shell-shocked that day, the first game of the season after being relegated, the week after we got hammered 5-0 aff Killie,.
does anyone knows the line ups for this match?
Deary me. A dreadful Celtic strip.
How is it dreadful? All that's changed is the socks.
Cracking goal, also think Tade handled before scoring but who cares.
the day that the toys got quirky
Saturday September 16th 2001. 5 days after 9/11. 😢
Still a good player at 40yo 👏 RIP Ray Wilkins
As a pars fan I would like to send my hope and prayers to the 18 yrold that was brutally attacked by a group of people from dunfermline at the all the best to the lad, hope he is better soon ❤
The dazzler
I think I was at that game.
The most amazing thing about the final is Raith did it without their star player Danny Lennon.
Potter - HERO
5:47 What, on the railway track anaw? 🤣
Great memories 💙
I was at this game. I was 8, this was about 2 months after I got my first ever (half) season ticket at the home of football. 30 years later I'm still a glutton for punishment
Mon the rovers !
🇪🇪🇪🇪🇪🇪🇪🇪🇪🇪🇪🇪🇪🇪
I was at this behind the away end goal. Looked over when RR scored in about 82m then 2 StM goals in the last 2-3 minutes. 👍
Great strike Mickey.
A fighting win for Raith.
You probably still got the Sporting Post back then as well.
Was at that game all those years ago the Rovers on the day were the better side. Happy memories.
@ 2-15...I wonder why the Raith player shakes hands with the ref. after the penalty was scored? Taking the Mick maybe?
Name of the Raith goalkeeper, looked half decent...from North Africa maybe?
Old school ground but a pity that the terracing was set so far back behind the goals.
Miss the enclosure loved standing there.
Cmon the rovers
Great start from Rovers but anonymous after ten minutes play as Airdrie enjoyed an easy win but their fans did not seem to sing very much. Shame the terracing was not a lot closer behind the goals.
@ 31-37...Billy McNeil..one of our worst ever managers at Aston Villa, made little impact on a struggling squad of players during eight mediocre months,...sadly relegated in 1987.
No lineups available?
😊😊
Thats a football commentary
Remember being at this f**ckin cold
