လက္ဖက္ကို စားေကာင္းေအာင္ သုပ္စားနည္းေျပာမယ္ေနာ္။ လက္ဖက္သုပ္တဲ့ အခါ လက္ဖက္ကို အမ်ားႀကီးမထည့္ရဘူး။ လက္ဖက္ကို အေၾကာ္စံုရဲ႕ ၃ပံု တစ္ပံုေလာက္ပဲ ထည့္ရပါတယ္။ လဖက္သုပ္စားတဲ့ အခါမွာ လက္ဖက္ကို ခရမ္းခ်ည္သီး၊ အခ်ိဳမႈန္႔ ၊ ငံျပာရည္ တို႔နဲ႔ အရင္ဆံုး အရာသာဝင္ေအာင္ နယ္ရပါတယ္။ ခရမ္းခ်ည္သီးက အရည္ခြၽန္းရင္ပိုေကာင္းပါတယ္( လက္ဖက္နယ္တဲ့ အခါ လက္အိမ္စြတ္နယ္ေပါ့ video ႐ိုက္တာဆိုေတာ့ လူျမင္တင့္တယ္ေအာင္ေလ) လက္ဖက္သုပ္ေကာင္းေကာင္းစားျခင္ရင္ လဖက္နဲ႔ ခရမ္းခ်ည္း၊ ဆီနဲ႔ အရသာဝင္ေအာင္ နာနာနယ္ေပးမွ အရသာဝင္ျပီး လက္ဖက္ထဲကို အေၾကာ္စံု အေပၚကေန ဖြဖြေလးထည့္ၿပီး ႏွံေအာင္ဇြန္းေလးနဲ႔ နယ္ေပးၿပီးစားရင္ အရသာေကာင္းတဲ့ လဖက္သုပ္ရပါတယ္။ TH-cam ေပၚမွာ လက္ဖက္သုပ္နည္းေတြ ရိွတယ္ေလ။ ႐ွာၾကည္ၿပီး အရသာေကာင္းတဲ့ လက္ဖက္သုပ္ေလး ျပန္လုပ္စားၾကည့္ပါ
