How po yung sample preparation?
according to the ASTM standards, there are 3 types of sampling preparation. Method A: using mechanical splitter. Method B: by quartering and Method C: by miniature stockplie sampling. I will make a video for that. Thank you for watching. Cheers
Bat po hindi ni wash yung sample after test?
Tama po kayo as per ASTM, need i wash ung sample but in this lab experiment we need to know the result on the same day for student technical report. Ineexplain nmn po sa knila ung standard procedure. Thank you for watching. Cheers
If the cube mould of size 70.6 mm is used then the cube shall be compacted in how many layer? Two or three? If three then how many poking for each layer
Thank you for your comment. As per ASTM C109, 50mm +- 0.25 is the standard size of the mold. If more than or less than that, you must make a standard variation.

Hi, thank you for your comment. This lab experiment is for educational purposes only. Ng create ang professor ng lab manual for specific test ng sieve analysis. We started from the larger size, then the smaller ones and we blend it. The sequence of the sieve sizes re not according to the standard. para lng maipakita ung idea ng sieve analysis sa mga civil engineering students. Cheers

BS Code, such as BS 5328 Part 2, has its own method, different chart, and parameters that primarily focus on by weight. I will make a video on that. Thank you for watching.

7:22 I've been doing this for almost forty years (I have a thick skin and a strong stomach). If it's that easy to dig the hole for the sand cone test in soil, sand, or GAB, the test has already failed before you bring the apparatus into play.
