Hello, my problem is the following, I bought the PC second hand, when I try to turn it on it gives me a flashing orange light, but when I unplug and reconnect the power cable, the fans turn on 3 times, the third time it gives video, but the BIOS settings reset, I reconfigure it then I can use it normally without any problem, but when I turn it off and on again the same thing happens to me as before, do you know what it could be?
