Jodi, I know that your family was fortunate to have hospice support you all during your Dad's final days; but it's obvious in learning about the passion you have for hospice how fortunate hospice is to have you as an ambassador. Thanks for all you do for our community - you are a gem!
Great charity to support as it is a great gift for the community of Chatham Kent
Thanks Jodi beautiful story ❤
This was such a beautiful video, honouring Nana and the amazing care that she received at the Hospice. Seeing her radiant smile brought me to tears. Thank you so much! 💕
Such a beautiful legacy! 🥹Thank you for sharing 😇
Thank u Carole for sharing that insight into your mom.
Beautifully said. Thank you for sharing. Rest in peace Jean.
❤
Wow, what a beautiful family, you ladies are awesome so good to hear that the Hospice took care of it all. Blessings to you all, thank you for sharing
What a beautiful man.He has a most precipus family. Both my mom and dad went to Heaven peacefully through hospice. If not some accident etc. I will go to Heaven through hospice too. Thank you Jesus😇😇😇😇😇😇😇
I have to know where Chatham is located
❤️ 💙 ❤️
Hospice is a death camp for the elderly who are only handicap cause by stroke. This place has weaponized the law enforcement to keep Louise husband away from her side to alienate him from her presence while they perform this murderous evil demonic act on his own wife he will not be able to see her for the last time will not be able to hold her hand for the last time will not hear her voice for the last time. Dave had forced him to leave and he is the husband. There's nothing good about hospice only wickedness and evil lurks in this places... The daughter tricked her mother to sign a paper for medical power of attorney... Taking all the rights away from the husband who is married to Louise
Well done Sue and a big thank you to Chatham-Kent Hospice for all that you do! -mw
Such a beautiful tribute to your dad! Your family surrounded him with so much love. May he Rest in Peace.❤🕊️❤️
Sorry about the loss of your mother.🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 We cared for my aunt with dementia for a year. She went into hospice care the last month and they were absolutely amazing! The people who work in hospice are so patient and loving.❤️
You are amazing and no doubt a result of her faithfulness in raising you and as a result you are an amazing daughter, Peace to you all!
Supporting patients and families to die with dignity in Hospice Care; Support in holding onto one another and the integrity in a life well lived, knowing that love and relationships never die, Accepting death, as the final stage growth that unfolds, in the last season of life.
I also had Hospice for my mom, it was so comforting to see how the nurse cleaned her and also changed sheets, they made it look so easy. I couldn't have enjoyed maw her last day's if it weren't for Hospice ❤️.
Thank you for sharing your journey. Many blessings sent to you and your family

Nadine, also my name. My husband and I were hospice volunteers but when he got sick I knew what to do. He was well taken care of. I took some time off from volunteering to rest but am now back where I know my husband would want me to be.
❤❤❤
Thank you ❤
looking at her face on this video you can see, feel and tell that she is an angel.... her face exudes that kindness and a gentle soul.....
What a wonderful family
People become co dependent when married a long time They do almost .everything together . When a spouse dies, they feel helpless and hopeless
Some people die young, some die old
Such a beautiful story ❤
I’m so sorry for your loss. We love this channel, and we prayed that Jesus Christ comes for us.✝️

I know the feeling of losing your wonderful mom💜MAY YOUR MOM RIP WITH MY MAMA 💞💞💞🙌🏿🙏🏻
You all look like a wonderful family. RIP Becky.
I wish all hospice facilities were like the one you have in your town/city. Ours here is not even close. 😢
Great story ❤❤❤❤
Nicely said - I appreciate to you, Daughter (and Mama). Thank you. RIP to Mama!

What a beautiful family, your mum and dad have bought up such lovely children, they must be so proud.
Beautiful.
What a truly beautiful and amazing / lovely lady, your Mom/Pam was (love her cute little early 80s outfits)! I thank you for sharing your Mom/Wife's life and beauty. God Bless from Nae Nae! [just went through similar situation and another coming on the horizon] Peace, love and WE ALL GOT THIS!
Lost my Mom last September. Almost one month before her 54 wedding anniversary we let her go. Your Mom will always be with you.
Had only my husband allowed Hospice to help -- it would have been so much easier on me - he wanted to die at home, but ended up being taken to local hospital where he died 4 hours later.
I'm sorry to hear that 😔
I am so sorry for your loss, it's not easy losing the ones we love. My mother spent her final weeks at the Chatham KENT Hospice, and I was so thankful for them. The folks that work there are amazing. They are compassionate and caring individuals. As you said, there is so much more that they offer and how wonderful that you were able to make a donation of $5k to the hospice itself. ❤
Now, Bev is with her beloved Dickie. She passed away on March 16.
She seemed such a wonderful um, and you are a wonderful daughter.
