I made a video a while ago on how to use shaders with the essential mod since no one apparently knew how to do it and no one else would make a video on how to do so. I made the video and it blew the fuck up but I never made the fabric version so after all this time, here it is!

Thank you so much this is exactly what I needed! Maybe make a video with a couple of other mods you like, for example maps would be interesting. I can look it up on google and will find lots of answers but the moment you compared 2 of the shaders I knew directly what I wanted. Great content is saving me time with your expertise! keep it up!
the Songs of War background is FIRE. super disappointed it got dropped after season 1 due to "Lack of motivation." (it may not have done as well as he originally thought, but imo it was the best long-form series hes ever done)
Hey, that lack of motivation is real man. I've lost all motivation to keep trying to build my youtube channel, and it fuckin HURTS my man. But yeah, I totally agree. Songs of war was one of the best movies I have ever watched. Sucks I wasn't there to see the episodes being uploaded

Can I also add mods to essential mod also like a map at least?
Yeah, with this configuration of essential mod and Optifine, you can add almost any mods to go with it. This same set up works if you add it to RLCraft in the curseforge app.
It didn't work for me, it sent me error code: 1 😢
my game keeps crashing
when i did this, i got to the end and it gave me a game crash error when i put in the Optifine mod

Nice tutorial but every time i try to download forge its infinitely stuck loading saying "Installing missing libraries". I have not done anything to essential to make it like this but its broken for some reason, looking for a fix maybe?

If you have a problem extracting Optifine because it can´t find the version of Minecraft, just install the vanilla version of the respective installation of Essential and run it, that will do the trick.
