Is the over current or shortcircuit protection not able to catch the shortcircuit and turn off the inverter to prevent it from damaging the igbt?

I have been doing inverter repairs for quite a long time now, what I have discovered is that what makes these inverters fail is mostly poor circuit design. i started off when the mainstream inverters were all low frequency transformer based and they would fail also. most of these cheap Voltronic Axpert based or copy inverters use low quality or sub standard components like capacitors, IGBTs, Mosfets, poorly done PCBs etc. check for example high end high frequency inverters such as Goodwe, those ones are robust. i used to work as a repair technician for a local firm that used to import low frequency transformer based inverters from India, to be honest they would fail also. There was a point when the company decided to import UTL and we had problems of their inverters failing each time after the grid is restored back after a power failure. We had to move away from those UTL inverters and started selling the high frequency transformer model Axpert type branded MECER which were the original from Voltronic. we never experienced any problems with these new inverters. Nowaadays the market is flooded with cheap and poor quality inverters and those are the ones that makes it look like the high frequency inverter type are not robust. These new Kodak branded models come with low grade components, poorly designed PCBs etc I agree that the complexity of the high frequency inverters makes them prone to premature failure because the inverter has many sections and if one of those goes faulty, it affects the whole inverter.

Great tutorial, following error 09 I followed it and managed to restart my inverter. However, a problem remains, the power of the solar panels goes well to charge the battery (1KW) but when I connect the load, the solar power fluctuates and does not exceed 150W. I identified a bad transistor (WLTB DGG) but I don't know how to change it. Please could you help me. THANKS

Have you had a problem where box and tv work but there is on screen error displaying issue with the cable itself. When you power tv you have access to the menu and can select apps like you tube and it work flawlessly. But if you exit the menu then the error is displayed and there is nothing you can do until you turn off the tv and power it on again.
