I upgraded my pre lci 335 trunk and taillights to an LCI one and now my driver side turn signal doesn't click on. At start up it'll work for a second then it shows on the dash the light warning but the light itself doesnt work after that. Not sure if its a fuse or something else. Now that I think of it i swapped the bulb housing and all the bulbs when it was still pre lci and that didn't help then updated and the same problem
Did you repin the connector on the chassis? When I did my lci swap in my e90 I had to repin the plug for it to work properly

Yessir I also did the 335is cooling system Aux cooler Heater hose for it Fan Lower radiator hose

vargas sells those velocity stacks in multiple colors, pretty good quality
Didn’t know that! I just didn’t want to wait anymore. Summit told me there’s a company that buys all of them when they become available haha so they are never in stock cuz of them

Do these bend valves if it jumps timing? Was thinking there interference motors right?
Depends how bad it jumped I haven’t had one that’s bent a valve come in yet, I’ve had a few I’ve had to replace the engine and do the timing because the crank seized up
What about that little cap/lid that has 2 bolts? Mine is leaking from there and cant find anything online on torque specs or gaskets
That’s the thermostat lid for the oil cooler. Haven’t seen them leak often tbh. I’ll see if I can find a part number for you
Why didn't you set TDC and push the pin through the bell housing and fly wheel to make show it was spot on at TDC and then rotate the cams manually to fit the camshaft lock tools?

for the mac setup, did u tap into a previous exiting pressure source onto the turbo or did u have to drill ur own? Thanks 🙏🏼

A lot of people use fcp but I have accounts with parts suppliers
Please make the video on removing twin turbochargers without dropping the subframe. I am guessing its going to be even easier for me with the N54 Z4.

Me too! I got small hands so I think I could do it
Remove front turbo first as a whole after taking inlets off the for the rear turbo you have to separate turbo from manifold to get it to come up I did it to my 17ts with relocated arm intakes so the coolant reservoir and everything on that side was relocated already
@@Cleanish_n54no need to take them apart. All you have to do is lift the engine up a bit to give you more room and you’re good You can either pull the turbo from the top or the bottom

That is a BMW 1 series E82. The regular model is the hatchback version E87. If you are interested take one with a six cilinder engine and manual transmission. 🙃

You like many other 135i owners still have the stock oil thermostat. There is an upgrade for the OFH by mosselmann. It makes the car run 20C cooler temps than stock even at highway speeds, no extra 135is oil cooler radiators are needed.
That’s next on the list! Inexpensive upgrade! I’ve been doing them a lot on some of my customers cars, think it’s time I pull the plug and get one

So they are 18x9.5 +22 The rears clear perfectly Front needed a 5mm spacer. I’ll have an update soon on what all I’ve done the rear got a lot of work done to it.
