As a parent, are you struggling to homeschool your middle schooler or high schooler? Is your child struggling to find purpose in all of their school work? Is your child just enduring their studying until they get to college where grades "really counts". We are here to help you and your child find real purpose in their studies and earn college credits before they ever take a college course.

I’m not a homeschooler, just a 24 year old guy trying to study for these CLEP tests, so I can skip these gen ed courses and jump to where I want to be in college. I took the College Algebra CLEP first as I started this process in July. A few tips for that one, don’t do the College Mathematics one at all. For that College Algebra test, study all of the concepts in an Algebra 1 textbook and master it down, then start Algebra 2 up until you hit Trig and stop there. You really want to learn Exponential Functions, Logarithms, Operations with Rational Functions, and Imaginary Numbers in Algebra 2. After, you do that review and practice those concepts, do Modern States (worst resource, but that voucher is awesome) and watch Mr. Schuler’s YT video on College Algebra CLEP. I did that and got a 72. But, your advice is awesome of start when you’re at and what you love, but be careful with some exams as some schools don’t take those credits. I liked your video with your son on US History, it was an awesome video. I’m working on Econ next, then I’ll jump into US History 1 and 2.
@@georgewashingmachine1 I'm thrilled that even though you're not a homeschooler you watched my videos and found the informative! You are so wise in taking as many CLEP & DSST tests as you can for all the gen ed courses in college. I've found the same thing to be true about Modern States, their vouchers are the best thing. I'll look into Mr. Schuler's videos as my daughter is preparing for her College Algebra CLEP test next week!
@@CollegeCreditCoachI forgot to say this, but I’m not taking any DSST tests. The school I want to transfer the credits to doesn’t take the exams as credit.

oh man how young is your kid
He was in 6th grade when he completed U.S. History CLEP 1 test. He loves history, so it was easy for him to study it, and since CLEP test scores are good for 20 years, he wanted to start early!
