How you managed to install it on a Pentium 4? Please help me, i tried to do it on my Intel Celeron 2GHZ but it crashed immediately after that the setup load the files... with lines on the screen.

how ? i tried windows 8.1 on my gigabyte z590m gtx 1080 ti and i9 10850k but my processor is stuck at 3.50ghz or 3.60ghz and never go up and my graphic card isn't detected by the nvidia driver, and the "Graphic Card" tab is missing in the device manager idk why, it's the same on windows 7 and i didn't find driver for the chipset on windows 8.1, can you help me plz ?

Noticed that it says the CPU is a officially supported model. That is because the CPU is so old that they didn't even put it on the list of unsupported processors. To be fair it is realistic to expect nobody on a Pentium 4 to get to this point because some will think that that line up is only 32 bit and if you somehow got here on a Pentium 3 or anyting older the same thing would happen
