5 years? You've missed a lot. Band-Maid has done a number of anime songs. This one reached 1,000,000 YT views in 15 days. Kanami is playing her PRS Signature Guitar in this video (1st Japanese guitarist to get one). Ningen Isu is still doing music. And Babymetal keeps getting bigger and bigger. They finally replaced Yuimetal who left in 2018 with Momometal in 2023. She can do harsh vocals. Babymetal is doing an arena tour in Europe this coming summer with guests Poppy and Bambie Thug. And doing a bunch of collabs, starting with "Kingslayer" with Bring Me The Horizon. "Leave It All Behind" with the Thai rapper F.Hero and the Thai rock band bodyslam. "Ratatata" with Electric Callboy, "Bekhauf" with the Indian metal band Bloodywood, and a forthcoming collab with Slaughter to Prevail.

Band Maid split from their management last year and set up their own management company 'Maidit' taking a couple of their former managemeent team with them. If you've not been listening to them for the last 6 years, boy have you missed a lot.
