Our portfolio company, Bushu Pharmaceuticals, a leading pure-play pharmaceutical contract manufacturing organization, has become the first Japanese company backed by a private financial sponsor to offer a broad-based ownership program to all of its employees.
Since 2011, we have supported our portfolio companies in awarding equity worth billions of dollars to over 100,000 non-senior management employees across more than 40 companies.
