In the Christmas story, we hear how Jesus was born in a stable "...because there was no place for them in the inn" (Luke 2:7). It would be a real tragedy to repeat this scene in our own hearts this year: if Jesus were unable to find a home there because we're to wrapped up in other things. If this is an issue, we can find inspiration from God's words to the prophet Micah, who says "what does the LORD require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?"
