With sustainable wine on tap served by the litre and a pip-to-peel ethos behind their bars, the menu is full-circle and keeps waste at an all time low. Ensure you request a visit from our cocktail trolley and we’ll stir down a classic Negroni tableside in our crystal-cut tumblers.
And no visit to Blacklock would be complete without healthy portions of Granny’s White Chocolate Cheesecake, a nostalgic cuddle in a bowl and a staple on our menus since day one (taking a say-when approach to portion control, just like Granny used to). Many of you will have even been left the tray by an enthusiastic Blacklocker. If, however, you find yourself too full for this sweet end to the meal, let us know and we’ll be sure to box some up for you to enjoy later.
Located just off Bedford Street with fantastic transport links from Covent Garden, Leicester Square and Charing Cross. We take a certain number of bookings, whilst leaving plenty of space for walk-ins so that you can easily come to see us whenever the urge grabs you. On Mondays you can start the week right with Butcher Price Monday - Big Chops at Butcher Prices and plenty more besides, whilst Sundays are reserved for an award-winning Roast that’s almost as good as Mum's.
We’re excited to have recently launched our biggest restaurant yet in the heart of Covent Garden and the home of London’s famous Theatreland. Expect quality chops and steaks cooked over the charcoal grill, serving up classic cuts as well as rarer, new options that provide maximum flavour, while being considerate of your wallet.
Serving quality chops to be enjoyed by all! Our aim has always been to serve the very best meat our fair land has to offer whilst being kind on your wallet. We work with Cornwall’s oldest third-generation farmers and butchers, Philip and Ian Warren care for the Blacklock herds in Cornwall, with each one raised sustainably living long, happy lives on beautiful moors grazing on lush Cornish grass.
From skinny chops piled high in an All In to the rarer cuts such as the Sixth Rib Eye and Denver, we use the whole animal to make something of everything. With sustainability at the heart of what we do, this means we farm less intensively, minimise waste whilst ensuring the highest quality and flavour.
We believe in creating good time and great vibes, whilst doing a little good at the same time. That’s why we’re working with Ecologi to ensure that for every guest that dines with us, we plant a tree in our Blacklock Forest, supporting the regeneration of wildlife habitats to help offset the impact of our daily lives. We are also thrilled to have officially applied for B Corp status this year!
