If you are using the same device highlighted in this video, the measurement range is; for body temperature: 32°C-43°C ; for object temperature: 5°C-95°C. Here are some things you might want to try. 1. You may want to try changing batteries. 2. Check if your device's current mode is within what it is getting used for(object or body temperature). 3. Lastly, you may also want to try checking the settings. To enter settings, press and hold the function button below the screen until F1 appears. Under F1, you can either add or deduct up to 2°C in the succeeding readings. Since the problem is having Lo readings, make sure that the F1 settings don't have a negative adjustment.
