Dear, all media can not treat no3 and it's better to replace water 10%-20%. For PO4, it needs special treatment. But, if you have a powerful biofiltration for pond/aquarium, you don't have to worry too much about them, the ratio will be healthy.

Ik zal er in het voorjaar nog eens een vlogje aan wijden als ik mijn hele filter ga opkuisen. Dus dan gaan we zien hoe het er dan voor staat. Maar vooralsnog erg tevreden met de matten!

The ph value of the water in marine tanks is usually weakly alkaline, which does not dissolve the tiny amount of aluminum oxide in the filter material and will not affect the growth of soft corals and marine fish.
