We're going into the third labyrinth of the game - The Sea Vent Lab. Despite it's hot-looking interior, there's not much in the way of heat mechanics here. Instead we have lots of spikes and rock blocks that need to be cleared out. Our new transformation will help out with that. It's time for the Arabian Nights again, now with drapping ropes and more flying carpet shenanigans. The levels are certainly getting a bit more demanding of the player at this point and I think it shows in this attempt to perfect run it, though in all fairness I think a lot of my failed runs can be attributed to general clumsiness. Still an overall managable level, just with a few tricky parts ...

Time for another boss. Crash must do battle against his own sister, and well...much like the battle with Evil Crunch, this isn't going to be much to write home about. We'll quickly knock her back into her senses, claim a new super power and move on to the next set of levels. I know Crash games aren't known for having difficult boss fights, but these seem a little too easy at times.

More wakeboarding! This level is fairly short, and in the first half not too difficult, but once the seagulls get involved, hang onto your hats! Other than that, not too much else to say here, just a short and sweet romp across the waters.

We're taking control of Crunch for the first time in the series, (and so far the only time in the series,) and what better way to make use of his great muscles than by stuffing him in a hamster ball and rolling him around. It's another Atlasphere stage, so not too much we haven't seen already, but it is a harder variant of the previous stage like this one, so we'll have to be a little more care...

Our next Egyptian level which, despite it's name, is lacking in the area of hopping coffins. Talk about false advertisement. We are however going to be seeing a few sections of tricky platforming, so while the coffins may not be hopping that much, we certainly will be.

We're entering the second world, and things are starting to get a little tougher. We're also introduced to the last of the new stage themes for this game...well, "new" to this game. Despite what the outcome of this level might suggest, this level is still not particularly bad, but can still trip you up if you're not careful, especially around the monkeys.

Looking back, yes, you did indeed play this level before. You did so in the showcase 4 years ago, and you even gave it a Mushroom Rating back then. Anyway, I haven’t currently found any levels for you yet, largely due to your break. I was going to start looking for more by the time you got back to this, but unfortunately, I’m sick. So, I’m afraid requests from me are going to be put on hold until I get better. I’m hoping that it won’t take too terribly long.
So I did. Well, to be fair I have played a lot of levels in the last four years so it’s not a stretch to say I would have forgotten about it. 😅 Still it makes for an interesting compare-contrast from then to now. Good to see I was pretty consistent with my views then.
Pesky Plummers is my favorite quote from him but im suprized just to how manny diffrent names he came up with and all in alphabetical order look at that now that is the class the old king koopa had vs bowser now and 1 reason why i refered to each as their individual even thoe i know now they were the same charater but for real koopa had style like if nintendo ever wanted to revisit the bowsers brother idea and have king koopa be it i wouldent be suprized at all. Also santa koopa aka santa bowser before mario kart tour.

If you’re still working on more A-Z Insult videos, do you think you could do one for Dr. Wily from the Ruby-Spears Mega Man cartoon? Or General M. Bison from the Street Fighter cartoon? Just cover your bases as far as Saturday Morning Cartoon villains based on video games go.
I do have more A-Z Insult videos planned and am actively working on the next video as we speak in between game recordings. Not all of my videos will be based on video game characters but I hope you look forward to them all the same. 😉

I noticed that too. He sounds closer to his Gargamel voice in the later shows.
@@xRed5433x Might've just been age catching up with him. Dastardly and Muttley in their Flying Machines came out in 1969. Yogi Bear's Treasure Hunt came out in 1985. Plenty of time for his voice to change. Roughly 15-16 years or so.
