I know it's been a while since I have posted the last time.
The only reason for that is only the lack of time for video edit.
As I am trying to offer you quality content, I have preferred to continue working in the workshop and record everything, but take some time to get better in video edit.
So here's a snip of what I did so far in the workshop and to let you know that soon I will start editing videos and show you step by step how I have build the electronics room, how I built the mitre saw station and how I have arranged everything.

Странно очень как у вас расходует топливо при скорости 160 км/ч при оборотах 2000, и расход 8.3 /100 км. У меня Ауди А4 б7 авант 2.0 TDI quattro механическая коробка 6 , На 6 передаче при скорости 160 км/ч у меня обороты 3200 и расход такой же 8.3
I wish you’d told us what you were doing in each step. What is that glue gun? What type glue?
I can give you those details.. the glue gun was a cheap parkside from Lidl. The glue sticks are standard 10mm sticks, nothing special. The only use in this case was just to stop the epoxy spreading more on the wood. Let me know if you have more questions. Cheers

How do you know that your surface is perfectly flat? It could be that one corner is slightly higher that other. (thinking to make my own thing for this)
I think it’s not in the video because the correction needed in my case was minimal. After setting everything up, I did a run with the widest flattening bit that I had for the complete work surface, having the height adjusted to the lowest corner of the base. I hope that makes sense for you. Cheers

I’m struggling with understanding the purpose of the need for a threaded rod positioning system… Way to overcomplicate something and try to pass it off as something to be proud of.
In combination with the ruler It is actually very useful for profile making. When you know your bit is x mm and you want to overlap those multi shape bits.

one of better videos out there BUT a tip is, when you drive from 50-110km/h use longer distance(ex 50km total.) otherwise good work btw are you Romanian?

No… i just simply looked to get the both contacts from each button out so I can close the contact externally, simulating button press. I hope that helps

I am still working on mine since I saw you build vids. I am not as good at handy craft as you but I have bought a laz cutter so hopefully I can make the button panels really nice.

Thanks man! It works pretty well for straight cuts, at least on the axis without the screw. The other might wobble a bit when spinning the handle of doing it fast.
