Hi, I scout for a local tour package from RMB 1250 per person onwards. the price diff depending on the hotel selected. as I opt for international chain hotel (instead of local brand), the price nearly double to RMB2.5k.

@@FayyLow how to book locsl tour? 1250 for 3 days tour? Did you experience altitude sickness?

local tour agency was searched through XHS (小红书app) and confirmed via wechat. the price is from RMB 1250 onwards, package pricing differ based on the hotel chosen. however i don't wish to recommend this agency as he's not responsive to queries. No altitude sickness is experienced at Huanglong nor JZG. hope this helps

hi, i found the agency via XiaoHongShu (app) and correspond with them via wechat. I didn't do a lot of comparison but you can find a lot of other agencies promoting similar package via XHS app

I paid a minimum deposit like RMB 500 (via alipay) and paid the rest upon arrival at JZG (when the car pick me up). I also asked for a receipt. I also scared its a scam hence i only go for minimum deposit.

i'm so sorry to miss your question. I've booked the taxi through the hotel recommendation, it cost more than the usual bus service but we just want to have the driver send us directly to hotel than a central drop off point.

I took the sleeper train from Hanoi to Sapa, then from Sapa (Lao Cai station) to Sapa hotel is around 30 to 45mins. not winding, I didn't get motion sickness :)

sorry to miss this question! yes, i've booked the Mango hotel to freshen up and have a shower before boarding the train. I took my luggage with me when I go Sapa.

i'm so bad at replying message and i completely missed this, so sorry. there are buggy cars/taxis around. if you are staying in Sapa town, its easy to walk around.

my transit was also about 3hrs that time. Do make a booking for the shower room upon arrival at lounge. for my first layover, i didn't have a chance to use the shower as quite a few were queuing for it.

@@FayyLow Can't think you can be disappointed when you fly with them. My wife just complains that the Pafymen in Ammersity Kitt has become worse quality otherwise the flight experience is absolutely incredible. Such a simple thing as the wife's knowledge in the English language is limited she prefers the Swedish and Thai language. So if there is any flight attendant on board talking Thai then they usually let her/him take care of my wife. Absolutely incredible service I think
