    Is Muhammad mentioned in the bible and where?

    • @myb1161
      @myb1161 6 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Yes he is. He is referred to by Jesus in John 16:13 when Jesus says (King James Version): "Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come." Jesus literally said a "Spirit of Truth" will come after him and guide mankind into "all truth." He says that he won't "speak of himself," but shall share what he hears. This is a perfection description and precisely refers to the great prophet Muhammed (peace be upon him). The prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) did not speak his own message, but claimed to receive a Revelation from God Almighty, the same God who sent Jesus to the children of Israel. I highly encourage you to read the Qur'an to see the message for yourself :).

The answer to the issue he mentioned at the end is simple: the bacteria is not the only problem. There are several reasons why pig is haram. Some we know, some we dont. So even if we can get rid of the bacteria, of course, it is still haram. No one is replacing islam with science. Actually, it's the opposite. We use science (the language of the world) to praise Allah the allmighty. You can say Allahuakbar so many times you want. If you dont have scientific knowledge, it is not worth much. REALLY, are you sure, there is more pork eaten in the world than any other meat, with China the greatest consumer..., over one hundred and twelve thousand tons of it every year..., and humans have been eating pork for thousands of years, so if there is a problem it would have shown up by now. In the time it takes me to write this sentence Allah could rid the earth of all pigs, but he doesn't, so is this really his concern? Million and millions of people who eat pork are just fine, and by all rights, not doing anything evil. So, either this demand is some hidden concern of Allah which we will never know, or it was a religious leader's concern about parasites that turned into the unquestioned word of God a thousand years ago. Unbelievers are not evil, or arrogant, they just think you have mistaken a book from God that is really a just book from man.

    • @AMdawah1
      @AMdawah1 29 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts. The issue of consuming food products with trace amounts of alcohol can indeed be complex. In Islam, the general rule is that anything intoxicating in large amounts is prohibited even in small amounts, as you rightly mentioned. This principle is based on the Hadith where the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "Whatever intoxicates in large quantities, a small quantity of it is also forbidden." (Sunan Ibn Majah, 3392). However, scholars sometimes have differing opinions on the permissibility of consuming products with negligible amounts of alcohol, especially if they are used for preservation or flavoring and do not cause intoxication. This is where the concept of taqwa (piety) comes in. Taqwa encourages Muslims to avoid doubtful matters to stay clear of anything potentially haram. When it comes to reference, it’s important to rely on credible sources and scholars who have a deep understanding of Islamic jurisprudence. The key is to balance knowledge and piety, seeking guidance from knowledgeable scholars and prioritizing one’s faith and conscientiousness. It’s understandable that there can be different interpretations and practices among Muslims, but the essence of taqwa is to strive for the highest level of obedience to Allah and to avoid anything that could be harmful to one's faith. I hope this helps clarify the issue. Thank you for raising such an important point, and feel free to continue the discussion if you have more questions.

      @AMdawah1 29 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Thank you for your comment. It's absolutely important to question and seek understanding, and Islam encourages this approach. The Quran repeatedly urges believers to think, reflect, and seek knowledge. However, the principle behind certain religious commandments, such as the prohibition of consuming pork, is rooted in divine wisdom that sometimes goes beyond human understanding. In Islam, part of faith is trusting in Allah's wisdom, even when we might not fully comprehend the reasons behind certain commands. This does not mean blind following but rather a balance between faith and reasoning. For example, many of the guidelines in Islam, like dietary laws, are believed to have benefits that we may not always immediately see. Questioning and understanding are crucial, and Muslims are encouraged to learn and ask questions to deepen their knowledge. At the same time, there are aspects of faith that involve trust in divine wisdom. I appreciate your perspective and the opportunity to discuss this. It's through open dialogue and seeking knowledge that we can grow in understanding.

      @AMdawah1 29 วันที่ผ่านมา

      To respond thoughtfully to the comment "So if Allah says follow Christianity, what will be the next move?", you can provide a respectful and informative explanation based on Islamic beliefs. Here’s a suggested reply: Thank you for your question. In Islam, we believe that Allah revealed His guidance progressively through various prophets and scriptures. Muslims believe that the final and complete revelation from Allah is the Quran, and that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is the last prophet. This means that Muslims are to follow the teachings of the Quran and the example of the Prophet Muhammad. Islam acknowledges the previous scriptures and prophets, including those in Christianity and Judaism, but holds that these earlier revelations were specific to their times and communities. The Quran is considered by Muslims to be the final and unaltered word of Allah, providing guidance for all of humanity until the end of time. Therefore, from an Islamic perspective, the belief is that Allah would not instruct us to follow a previous scripture in place of the final revelation. The Quran confirms the messages of earlier prophets while providing the final and comprehensive guidance for living a righteous life. I hope this helps clarify the Islamic viewpoint. Feel free to ask more questions if you have any.

      Thank you for your comment. In Islam, there is great respect for science and the pursuit of knowledge. The Quran contains many verses that encourage exploration, reflection, and the study of the natural world. Many Muslims find that scientific discoveries often align with and enhance their understanding of Quranic teachings. However, some religious commandments are followed primarily out of faith in Allah's wisdom, even if we don't fully understand the scientific reasoning behind them. The prohibition of consuming pork is one such commandment. While there are health and cleanliness considerations that many scholars discuss, the primary reason for its prohibition is that it is a command from Allah. Islam teaches that Allah's wisdom is ultimate, and there may be reasons beyond our current understanding. Balancing faith with the pursuit of knowledge helps Muslims follow divine guidance while appreciating the wonders of the natural world. I appreciate your perspective and the opportunity to discuss this further. If you have more questions or thoughts, feel free to share.

      Thank you for your comment. I understand your concern. The key point that Mohamed Hoblos was making is that, in Islam, certain things are considered haram (forbidden) primarily because they are prohibited by Allah. This is rooted in the belief that Allah's wisdom surpasses human understanding. However, it's important to note that Islamic teachings often provide additional insights and reasons behind these prohibitions. For example, the prohibition of pork is not only a test of obedience but also linked to health and cleanliness considerations, as understood by many scholars. Islam encourages seeking knowledge and understanding the wisdom behind religious rulings. While some commands may be followed purely out of faith and obedience to Allah, others can be understood through study and reflection. If you have more specific questions, feel free to ask. The goal is to foster a deeper understanding of these teachings.

      Thank you for sharing your perspective. In Islam, the dietary laws, including the prohibition of pig, are part of the comprehensive guidance provided by Allah. These rules are meant to help Muslims lead a life that is healthy, spiritually fulfilling, and in accordance with divine wisdom. While these guidelines might seem dogmatic, they are rooted in a deep tradition of faith, reflection, and understanding. The intention behind following these rules is not merely about strict adherence but about recognizing the wisdom behind Allah’s commands and how they benefit us physically, morally, and spiritually. It's about nurturing a sense of discipline, obedience, and mindfulness in our daily lives. I appreciate your engagement and encourage open dialogue to foster mutual understanding and respect.

    Here's a question. Can Allah change their mind? Not implying they happens as you belive he is all knowing and has a plan. But there are examples of god changing the direction of orders Jobe for example, made to suffer to show his devotion. God was persuaded to let Jobe go from the protection of god to suffer then back again. Genuinely asking and not trying to offend

      @AMdawah1 29 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Thank you for your thoughtful question. It’s great to have respectful and curious discussions about faith. In Islam, we believe that Allah is all-knowing, all-wise, and His knowledge encompasses everything past, present, and future. Allah's decisions and plans are based on His infinite wisdom and knowledge. Regarding your question about whether Allah can change His mind, it’s important to understand that from an Islamic perspective, Allah’s knowledge is perfect and complete. When Allah decrees something, it is part of His perfect plan, which takes into account all aspects of time and existence. Therefore, the concept of changing His mind does not apply to Allah as it does to humans, because His knowledge is not limited or subject to change. The story of Job (Prophet Ayub in Islam) you mentioned is indeed a profound example of faith and patience. In Islam, Ayub (peace be upon him) was tested with severe trials, but these trials were part of Allah’s plan to demonstrate Ayub's unwavering faith and patience. It was not that Allah changed His mind, but rather that the trials and subsequent relief were all part of the preordained test and the lessons it was meant to convey. A key verse in the Quran that emphasizes the completion and perfection of Islam is found in Surah Al-Ma'idah (5:3), where Allah says: "This day I have perfected for you your religion and completed My favor upon you and have approved for you Islam as religion." This verse signifies that Islam, as a complete way of life, has been perfected and nothing more needs to be added or changed in Allah’s plan. Allah’s tests and trials are meant for us to grow in faith and reliance on Him. While His decree is unchanging, our understanding and response to His plans are what shape our spiritual journey. I hope this helps clarify your question. Feel free to ask more if you have any other queries or thoughts.

    Islam, a faith pre Muhammed and the Quran that doesn't have a single shred of archaeological evidence supporting it's claims and yet the bible has mountians of archaeological evidence supporting it's claims.. What's more is the bible also has lots of written evidence supporting it's claims also and again nothing for the Quran.. All the huge remarkable claims Muslims have made about the Quran only exist within Islam.. No scholars outside Islam even entertain the Quran for ancient history because it's history is truly truly bad. Yet they all study the bible??

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts. It's important to have respectful and informed discussions about religious beliefs. Here are some points to consider regarding your comment: Archaeological Evidence: Islamic history, like all ancient histories, has varying degrees of archaeological evidence. While some specific claims may lack direct archaeological support, the broader context of early Islamic history is supported by archaeological findings, such as ancient inscriptions and artifacts from the Arabian Peninsula. Historical Evidence of the Quran: The Quran, revealed over 1400 years ago, is preserved in its original language and has a significant body of scholarly work dedicated to its study and preservation. Manuscripts such as the Birmingham Quran manuscript date back to the time of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and provide evidence of the Quran’s early existence. Scholarly Interest: The Quran and early Islamic history are studied by scholars of various backgrounds, not just Muslims. Institutions and universities worldwide have departments dedicated to Islamic studies, where the Quran and its historical context are examined critically. Comparing Scriptures: Both the Quran and the Bible are significant religious texts with extensive historical impact. They are studied for their religious, historical, and cultural importance. Each text has its own body of supporting evidence and scholarly research. The differences in focus and findings are often due to the different historical contexts and methodologies used in studying these texts. Islamic Perspective: Muslims believe in the Quran as the final revelation from Allah, and its preservation and memorization across centuries is seen as a testament to its divine origin. The Quran itself references historical events and places, many of which are subjects of ongoing archaeological and scholarly research. It’s essential to approach such topics with an open mind and a willingness to explore different perspectives. If you’re interested, I encourage you to look into scholarly works on early Islamic history and the Quran. Dialogue and understanding between different faiths can enrich our knowledge and appreciation of our shared human history.

      @@AMdawah1 Sorry but this is factually incorrect. 1, When you say archaeological evidence please can you bring me some showing support of Muhammads accounts , pre Muhammed, plus where they differ from biblical accounts and from non biased sources? 2, As for the Birmingham manuscript it's average carbon date is before Muhammeds first revelation, only has 18 verses, which also contains errors. There are no manuscripts from Uthman . You have no complete Qurans , and I'm not 100% sure but I believe it's at least hundred twenty years after Muhammad. After Muhammed Uthman collected and burned many manuscripts, partial and full copies, that didn't match one another. Read Sahih Al bukhari 6:61:510.. Now Muslim scholars and apologists argue these are just different dialect. Well as far as I'm aware differences in dialect can only be detected by diacritical Marking and these markings wasn't introduced to the Arabic language until hundreds of years later... There's also other problems with the claim of perfect preservation. Please type in TH-cam Muslim scholar " Dr Shahzad Saleem on preservation of the Quran". You will hear Shahzad Saleem talk after Muhammad there were different Qurans, with different number of chapters, with different words, with different meaning. Along with other errors in your early manuscripts . . Shabir Ali talks of different Qurans today with different words with different meaning.. Now I'm not so disingenuous as to claims any of these problems of preservation effects Islamic theology but they most definitely effect meaning. I also can bring to your attention lots of photo evidence of just 6 of your earliest manuscripts with thousands and thousands of errors. Under laying text very different from the top layer of text.? 3, Muslims are lied to about bible preservation also.. This so called corruption, these so called changes, all surround hardly anything. All combined it's half % of the Bible. That's the lot!! Hardly unreliable and what's more is the Quran has the same sorts of variants.. I'll leave you with Muslim favourite atheist scholar to use against Christians, Dr Bart Erhman in his interview with AP. He said " The variants in the bible are hardly anything. A missing letter from a word, missed spellings, different dialect, things of that nature. Things that are easily worked out.. They effect no Christian teaching".. Forgive me for any mistakes I'm truly truly exhausted after a car crash yesterday.. God bless you and your family..

    Divine decree leaves no room for free will.

    • @AMdawah1
      @AMdawah1 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thank you for your comment. I understand why this can be confusing. Here’s another way to look at it from an Islamic perspective: Divine Decree and Free Will: Framework and Freedom: Think of Allah's divine decree as setting the framework or boundaries within which the universe operates. Within this framework, humans have the freedom to make their own choices. Life as a Path: Imagine life as a journey on a path with many intersections. Allah knows all the possible paths and the outcomes of each one. However, you choose which intersections to take. Example: Navigation System: Consider a GPS system that knows all possible routes to a destination. The system knows where you will end up based on your chosen route, but you decide which turns to take. Similarly, Allah’s knowledge encompasses all our potential choices, but we are the ones making those choices. Accountability: Personal Responsibility: Because we are the ones making decisions within the framework Allah has set, we are responsible for our actions and will be judged accordingly. So, divine decree provides the overall structure, but within that structure, we exercise our free will and are accountable for our choices. This balance ensures that we are responsible for our actions while acknowledging Allah's comprehensive knowledge. I hope this helps clarify how divine decree and free will coexist in Islam. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask!

      @@philipcoriolis6614 Thank you for your feedback. I understand this can be a challenging concept. Let me try to explain it in another way: Divine Decree (Qadar): Knowledge and Permission: Allah knows everything that will happen and permits it to happen. This doesn't mean He forces us to make those choices. Free Will: Human Choice: Within the scope of Allah’s knowledge and permission, we have the freedom to make our own choices. Analogy: Author and Characters: Think of Allah as an author writing a book. The author knows every detail of the story and how it will end, but within the story, the characters make their own decisions. The author’s knowledge of the plot doesn’t take away the characters’ freedom within the story. Accountability: Responsibility: Just like characters in a story, we are responsible for the choices we make within the framework set by Allah. In summary, Allah’s comprehensive knowledge includes all our choices, but we still make those choices freely and are responsible for them. This is how divine decree and free will coexist in Islamic belief. I hope this explanation helps clarify the concept. Feel free to share any further questions or thoughts!
