@metalmayhemroc1851 someone posted a link on the metalsludge message board.
I have to draw the line on when he criticises Taylor Swift enough to pretend to spin the chamber of a revolver and commit suicide. Tamplin has some serious demons. For many years I have watched him as a corny wannabe entertainer and coach. The more I watch of him recently, the more I worry for him.
He keeps on wiping his nose towards the end. Is he coked?
The longer he talks, the more off the rails he runs. Is he tripping on something?
Very cool! Wish it was a little longer.
Great one. I love Keith and the dictators rock!

Why doesnt anybody remember him? Sammy said he met him once and they are cousins .
Your welcome. Glad you enjoyed it!!
Thanks Chris and Walt for this great interview and insight to this amazing project!
Tamplin is a vile pantomime dame..................he is pathetic.why are you indulging this bell end???
He did so many songs for kiss he can't name one of them!?!?! If you sang on a popular record for a band like Kiss, there is no way, if some one asked you which songs, that question would stump you. You would know the exact song, minute and second where you could be heard. C'mon Ken cut the bullshit. " I could go down a giant list of famous people I worked with..." but cant name anyone specifically?!?!? Sounds like a lie to me.
Ken's timbre is awful and the reason why he never made it mainstream. His singing diction is horrible with a bunch of inadvertent "m's" and, "L's" because his shape is all wrong. As he DOES admit, he was not a singer, and basically is self-taught. In his self-taught singing He learned some terrible habits which affect his tone and quality to this day. Ken is blind to this fact, but he knows he is not as good as he portrays which is why he mimes so much. I will admit I was fooled until people who actually know and can spot fraud caught Ken. The guy is a narcissistic asshole to boot.
Metal Walt: - "So Ken, Welcome to Metal Mayhem ROC." Ken Tamplin: - "My Pleasure."
Wow! This guy is really one of the biggest rock star! Holy crap what a narcissist!
Uncredited work with KISS? Maybe that's because that work doesn't actually exist? Once Gene found out KT's ego was twice as large, Gene would have booted KT out of the picture and that would have happened in the first few minutes! Unless comments are turned off, he is never going to see the end of this in vids OTHER than those he uploads. He doesn't need to turn his comments off cuz he just gets his cronies who monitor his comments to delete negative comments or critical comments. Would Ken agree to an interview where he's put on the hot spot? nope.
First off, thank you for watching and commenting. We appreciate that. And as we stated in the description, we have reached out to Ken several times to do a follow-up for him to comment on all of these comments. But up to this point, can his declined our offer. It's amazing the amount of input people have had on this episode and quite honestly it makes me stop and think about how much of this is true or fabricated or straight out false. It's amazing. I tend to agree with you on a lot of your assessments. Again, thank you for watching and commenting. We appreciate the interest.
His KISS story doesn't pass the sniff test. Eric Carr wasn't around during the recording of Revenge. Eric Singer was. As for Gene and Paul. After putting up with Vinnie Vincent. I seriously doubt that they would have put up with this schmuck. Sorry Sammy Hagars fifth cousin separated by 10 generations.

Jon that's awesome you asked Alex about that Syracuse incident! For those that don't know, they played the Syracuse Carrier Dome 10/09/1982, I haven't been able to find an "official" number but I would say there was around 30,000 that night. I was there on the left side pretty far back but brought my super huge military binoculars and saw the whole thing, they celebrated Dave's b-day a day early and brought out a huge cake and proceeded to smash it on him and cake went flying everywhere including what looked like an already slippery Diver Down cover stage floor and when Alex went to go back to his drum riser he slipped and went both feet up in the air and came crashing down hard on his noggin! If memory serves me it was the end of the show thankfully because when Alex got up he was holding the back of his head and was in obvious pain but got back on the throne and slogged through their encore. He probably doesn't remember that incident because he most likely had a major concussion. Happy Trails....
Black book cover, black slacks and shirt. Alex is still in mourning.
Good to see Alex out in public again. Can’t say I enjoyed the book after waiting 8 months for it. It was 80% regurgitated stuff we already knew. He mentions Michael Anthony twice, once to say “it wasn’t just his backing vocals as everyone thinks, it was Ed’s too” and some other minor shot at him. You would think this was a 3 member band according to this book. In the credits he thanks everyone, DLR but not Michael Anthony. And not Sammy
@@johnnalty5150 It's interesting that you mention all that. Where there's smoke. There's fire?
@@metalmayhemroc1851 I knew he was done with Sammy for what he said in HIS book but I don’t get the ghosting of Mike, he was there from the start of VH. But what do we really know as you implied? The book could have helped that but didn’t
Thank for putting just a few more seconds of something new Van Halen I will take that it was very cool
@@stevemundy9886 Well thank you for watching. We appreciate it. Let me ask you how did you come across our video?
I was fortunate to see Uli in 1985 and then again after 19 years outside of America upon his return in 2004. I met him then after Michael Schenker groups set and it was one of the best experiences of my life. I told him that his Electric Sun and other music uplifted me throughout many years of ups and downs. It was him and a guy and a programmed thing I think. Which in a way was much better in my opinion. 2/3rds of it was Vivaldi's 4 Seasons. 2 of them anyway. But it was mindblowing as it was the guitar. Hendrix Little Wing and maybe the best version of All Along the Watchtower. Even better than his amazing version at Donnington. But he is still going so if you catch him on a hot night I am sure that you are in for a special treat.
Alex has lost a bit of height over the years hasn't he or seems like ?
@@SmackinJack69 He's always been thin but he's had the back issues last few years or so. It's probably had to have a strict diet

There's a rumor that Ken, Milli Vanilli, Ashley Simpson, Luciano Pavarotti, Jennifer Hudson, Faith Hill, and Beyonce are planning a greatest hits tour. The thing holding it up is trying to reach an agreement to be able to call it NSYNC.
Fantastic guy’s. Happy for you!
Thank you for the comment.
Holy crap… at 4:44 I thought that was Alex in a dress. He and his mother look nearly identical. I see the word “Nijmegen”… it reminds me of Nijmegen DZ (drop zone) on Fort Bragg… you only get 12 seconds of green light while on board either a C-130 with 64 paratroopers… a C-141 with 120… or a C-17 with 80 paratroopers. 2 passes must be made to get everyone out. The worst is being the jumper in the middle of the stick… The last thing you want is to be “that guy” who right as he passes off his static line to the safety, then makes his 90 degree turn to go out the door, and BOOM… you get a red light. Jumping on a red light is a safety violation that will cancel the rest of the jump, and you will be in big trouble for doing so Nijmegen DZ is also very narrow, which means the pilots have to dissect the drop zone at precisely the right azimuth, or else there will be paratroopers getting hung up in the surrounding trees. Jumping at 10 to 13 knot winds at 800’ doesn’t help that cause any, neither

how cool that Alex did that and was super cordial to everyone. music/drummer icon legend.
I couldn’t help but get this impression that Alex just wanted to be done with it all and would spend the rest of his days in isolation… which I’m sure he’s going to do anyway. But, for him to do a book signing and not some much “rush” everyone through is a good sign. Perhaps, he needed that Speaking of rush… poor Geddy Lee during his 2019 book signing… everyone mentioning Neil’s name to him, and all the while had zero idea what was going on with him at the time with his days being numbered. That had to have been difficult for Geddy to keep hearing his name over and over again, and people talking about “the next record and tour”, but Geddy knowing that their requests were not going to be fulfilled… and all the while, by Neil’s request, Geddy playing along for the sake of the fans, but also careful not to kill the vibe by mentioning the fact that Neil didn’t have many days left, even though a part of him wanted to honest with everyone He even had a dude hitting on him at one of his book signings, and based on the way he handled it by turning it into a humorous situation tells me that, that wasn’t his first rodeo with dudes hitting on him. So Geddy came prepared with responses that would not degrade or humiliate those male fans that want to get fresh with him in their words, but would give the impression of just enough acknowledgment to send them on their way… The funny part is that dude was allegedly shown out by these two juicers who used his head as a battering ram to open the door
