I did a 3-day juice fast and I felt just like what you’re explaining. I lost weight (5.7lbs) I did another juice fast for a whole week but I have 2 juices and a real lite salad (no meats or dairy) just greens and veggies in the salad everyday. I felt so much better doing that. I lost 6.8 lbs in 7 days!!!

Hey Tai, here's my feedback from this vlog... 1. you have inspired me to get allergy tests for my daughter and I 2. $300 is way to much for a pixie cut & style (IDC) 3. I'm still working on pefecting my "no make-up" make-up routine too 3. I can relate to how anxiety levels can elevate when your kids do the most (I have implemented breathing exercises when I feel this way) 4. We all need uninterrupted ME TIME , especially after being overstimulated, overwhelmed and anxious
