I used to love the gyrocopter’s but was watching a documentary where some folks were exploring way up in Alaska or the Arctic and was using gyrocopters to find the best route through the snow and terrain for the ground crew when about 1500 ft one of the gyros turned upside down and fell out of the sky like a rock yep a sad day.

We helped my father, Ron Powell, set up all our studio audio equipment for their performance. Because the humidity was so high, we ran our audio equipment all night long. We wanted everything to be perfect for their awesome performance to be heard clearly by every member in the HUGE CROWDS that filled both covered stadium seated areas and all the grass land in between. What a wonderful performance!

The music in the start of the video reminds me of what got me hooked to gyrocopters, PilotWings 64... Sadly, atleast for me, I'm not in the financial position to own one myself. Nor does my country allow kit built gyrocopters/ gyroplanes, at this moment atleast. I'd sell 1 kidney and my manhood to fly one..
