This is contrary to the Kibaar Ulama. Woman Disposing her Wealth without the Permission of her Husband - Shaykh Al Albaani The ruling on this matter is clear from the hadeeth of the Prophet, sallAllaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam: “It is not permissible for a woman to freely dispose of her wealth except with the permission of her husband.” This is a hasan saheeh hadeeth, hasan by itself and saheeh based on its various routes of narration. And as for all the reports that it is thought present a contradiction to this hadeeth, then it is not correct to rely on that or claim that they contradict the hadeeth. As for the hadeeth in which the women gave their rings and earrings away in charity, as is reported in the Saheeh, then this has been responded to from many different angles: One of them is that it was probable that these charitable donations were given with the permission form the husbands of these women. And it is also possible that this event occurred before this ruling that occurs in the hadeeth became firmly established. So due to this, we advise every Muslim woman that adheres to acting on the Qur’aan and the Sunnah to not give away from her wealth without the permission of her husband. This is because it will be a cause and a reason for the occurrence of disputes between the couple, and the end result of that will be very bad. But in the case where a husband is mean and oppressive to his wife (by not granting her permission), she can take her case to the legal jurisdiction. And this is especially the case since today, the legal jurisdictions are in favor of the women. And in a more particular example, in cases like these, all of the judges are in agreement that the woman may freely dispose of her money without the permission of her husband. So if the matter is taken up to the court and the judge rules that this action was a violation on the part of the husband to his wife and he rules that she can give away her money, (she may do so). But if her husband objects and holds that by her doing so, she will be squandering money, at that point the judge can prevent her because, even though he bases it on the rule that it is allowed for her to spend from her wealth, he can not permit her to give away in charity that which is considered excessiveness and a squandering of money. And Allaah knows best. [Al-Asaalah, Issue #19]

But it's all about the niat though right? So if we want to look at something below us or under the table we cant bow/prostrate? Please enlighten me

On one hand, a minute or a second standing in Arafah fulfills the pillar of Arafah-and then the contradictory statement, you hv to be there (wajib) until sunset. Further clarification needed.

Remember on the day of judgement you can not defend " Bidah" by saying "Ulma" told you so and so youre told to follow basic logic and intution even if a fatwa given as per Gods word.

A marriage can not be kept :Secret" the purpose of ,marriage is to give name , honor and protection and sustainainace to the woman and her children. How can you keep a marriage secret from a woman while announcing it to the rest of the world man and wife are each others "clothes " according to Islam with out trust and honor hence a healthy marriage can not exist. If first wife does not fulfill his " desires" then go have guts to tell fisrt wife discuss that with her see a marriage counsellor or sex therapist if things don't work out then tell the first wife upfront in the evidence that his 'needs not fullfilled" instead of trying to take advantage of rich women and sleep around with them in the name of marriage! Secondlly the only condition on which you can marry 2,3 or 4 is "Adal" between the wives . This is not adal even if a woman allows you. Hence this only a recent times " Bidah" in the name of religion. A man can transmit STD to his first wife from the other wives, he is going to dustribute his wealth and youre encouraging people to keep marriage secrect? If youre marrying for the right reason you wont hide it in first place when Islam permits you!!!!!!!!! A hidden Nikah is Maqru.

I dont know if this helps, but i did this position for about a year and now my right knee is done for good and also my right leg also hurts. I need medical aid, sadly which i cant get as for now 💔! Dont do it if you dont have enough joint fleixibility. In mx case i forced my knee to point where i had only contastant pain in my toes and my kness, because i thought body and my joint would adapt over time, but i didnt. Sad side of the story: Life is very a harsh test, when i had the ability like 22 years of getting medical aid while having medical insurance, this pain didnt appear, but everytime i start doing some sunnah, life either goes 💔💔💔 or 💔💔💔! I lost my insurance, knee pain appeared and when im most in need of it, which never was the case until now, i cant get the treatment. I loved my prayers so much, but after this incident i really started feeling hatred towards it. And i cant motivate myself anymore to do it with hushu. I just noticed, Allah strikes me most times with things i love most when he wants to test me. After some depressive years, i really loved praying and offering salah to Allah, even it if was just the obligatory prayers. I wish Allah didnt test me with this, not with sunnah of our beloved prophet aleyhisselam or prayer itself, but it never happens the other way arround for me. The mistakes i did while doing tavaruc and iftirash were: I also sat during the first and third rakat in the sunnah positions, which i never knew of. P

MashAllah, I started listening to the Quran with English translation. So whenever I drive I listen to that and understand Allah swt's words. It's absolutely fantastic ❤

What if the women cut only a part of their hair a fingertip as they thought that was right. They didn’t know the whole of hair should be cut a fingertip. What should they do no now? Would it be dam?
