I did two test, this is Test #2 showing my HP from a Event Tear. This shows even in very late game Gear, a Level 1 Zones Monster CAN kill you in the game, no matter what yoru gear is. I did this test Log the Stats for Pearl Abyss, and to show them WHY Evasion has not been scaled correctly, and how it is not 10%, but much much higher Damage percentage than is being percieved, not by the Monsters...

My First PVP Event against Experienced PVP players in the guild. It was an event where Members had to find hidden VIPs and kill them. I was one of the 3 VIPs that Reassembled had to kill. Gear was capped at 250AP 331DP ( Full PEN Tuvala) and very small variances was deemed acceptable. It was a ton of fun. I was just shy of 1100 Evasion with this Level of Gear Cap.

I hope I am not the only one noticing this. It is not just on Boats, but even on Ground Terrain in Game. I can not walk backwards many times in a clear area. I am also getting Skill Animation Breaks, especially with Spring Breeze refusing to work. Something is amiss in Black Desert and PA needs to figure it out.
