Such a false teaching makes a Christian nonchalant and they continue to live in sin without remorse. Remember, ALL sinners will go hell Yes, Jesus paid the ultimate debt and has given us Grace but are we going to live in Grace that sin will abound, God forbid (Romans 6: 1-2) If you are a sinner, God sees you as a sinner but if you genuinely repent from your sins to be Born Again, God sees you as His child. And just like the child of your earthly father, your Father in Heaven will teach you how to be like Him in His righteousness, holiness and purity so as to restore the image and likeness that was lost in the time of Adam

There's no commandment to tithe from earned wages anywhere in the Bible. Today's version of tithing carries no biblical precedent.

Abraham (Abram at the time) submitted an honorarium to Melchizedek from war spoils and he gave the rest away to the King of Sodom. There's no biblical evidence this was required by God or that Abraham ever "tithed" again. All biblical, systematic (required) tithing occurred under Mosaic Law, all from within Israel, all from consumable items. Today's version of tithing from earned wages carries no biblical precedent.
