Banana bread recipe Wet ingredients - [ ] 3 bananas - [ ] 2 eggs - [ ] Half cup coconut oil or butter - [ ] 1 tbsp yoghurt or buttermilk - [ ] 1/2 cup of brown sugar - [ ] 1/2 tsp vanilla Dry ingredients - [ ] 1 1/2 cup of All purpose flour - [ ] 1/2 tsp of salt - [ ] 1/2 tsp of baking powder - [ ] 1/2 tsp of baking soda - [ ] 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder - [ ] 1/3 cup chia seeds (optional) - [ ] Toppings of choice (chocolate chip or nuts) Bake at 350 for 49 mins or until toothpick inserted comes out dry. Ovens may vary
