Sample Audio From TH-cam (and like) Using Just iPhone and import to MC-101
I wasn’t able to connect up to the mc101 using a lightning to usb converter. I haven’t got the camera adaptor but the one I have looks similar. However I ran the mc101 on battery and I was able to connect straight away after starting the mc101 in storage mode. Maybe that’s all I need to do.

Please , do you need SD card to keep external samples , or can they be stored on internal MC-101 memory ?
Nice. Can I sample TH-cam live, just like a traditionnal sampler with the MC-101? I just wan to hit record while TH-cam is playing and sample it into a looper track. Can I do that?
With 1.7 update it should sample directly to it also =D
Nope. You can sample into a Looper track only, and you can't export / chop that :(
@@alecsbuga Ah ok good to know, still kinda cool to be able to do that. Looks like I will keep using the SP404 for all that along with this unit. Cheers!

Drat, thought you figured out a way to connect it and use in Cubasis or Garageband etc. Just grabbed mine less than a week ago.
Mad Mohawk Films I tried... but Roland makes us use drivers on our PC/MAC that we can’t install on iOS to use the audio in and out. Shame if you ask me

I’m sure this will be blocked soon enough... but till then! Let’s hope Roland updates the 101 to use let us sample the iphones out going audio through usb, and chop to pads.
