Punch TV: CALCULATOR Boss Fight phase 1
A glimpse of things to come without spoiling too much. We been working on the first 30 mins experience, at the end you reach this 3rd floor boss. The game is faster paced than Superboys 1. Also the intro is a bit better than last video.

Its been a bit too long since my last post but here's a glimpse of things to come. Ive been watching too many cartoons lately so it's influencing our art style more in the new game. Took me a whole week to create these 17 seconds of animation so I really look up to those anime studios that can create a whole season in a year, those guys must never sleep!

Beast girls vs Robot trio! after that, we included ridiculously brutal 1 V 2 fights, but dont worry this is not a proper fair fight, just devs having a bit of fun. In the end it was Gax that pulled it off. We are now working on the high ranking end of the roster, but I will keep most of those unspoiled.

We've just passed the halfway on the roster, enemies are still sharing the same basic AI but Gax pointed out this particular fight was impossible for Shishima, and pretty much everyone, so we had a race to see which char could beat them first. This version the ai had 30% hp and damage buff. Next vid will show more 2v2 platforming gameplay in a bigger space, and hopefully new styles of AI.

trying out platforming AI against Duberry and Ugly Joe, they make a surprisingly brutal pair. Shishima is the 23rd completed playable character in the roster of 55 so we are in sight of the halfway mark in a couple weeks! Music from Frieren and Sailormoon

Sorry I havent posted in ages, we didnt wanna spoil too much this time. We are starting with the 1 star characters incase you are wondering why they may seem a bit unflashy. That way, as we work our way up, the higher characters will benefit from the experience and techniques we learn along the way.

This is how long it takes to create one animation, Ive deliberately not sped this video up just to give you a rough idea how long we work on one character which has about 22-26 animations each.

You feel good when hes on your side in Arena but fighting him is a bitch. I already nerfed him from the Arena version so that you can knock him over easier. Luckily you dont need to fight him alone.

The biggest update this year is nearing a fully playable state. A lot of stuff still rough, the Porklets were added only as an afterthought this afternoon. A battle shd take around 15 mins, we fall behind at the 5th minute but taking both cave bonuses along with buying gear helps us to turn it around.

This fight feels a bit harder, theyre in your face more and u get bullied a bit more. He has more moves than Hamlet but I think the Hamlet fight plays a bit smoother, theres almost too much going on here it seems.

It would be best if there were no skill upgrades on online matches. And if possible, may there be a ranking system to prevent high level players from destroying noobs. Other than that, the game is looking great! Proud to see you guys this far

If raven IS going to be playable, for me to be able to like the Game, ¿Can you make the player Raven be able to grab?
Not sure if raven can dash or roll or not, but im certain that he will have a grab ability, I mean most of the character have grab ability like the constestant. I guess you have to wait for the announcement.

This game looks very fresh and I love the design a lot. I also like the beginning as well. The only thing I would complain about is that gameplay wise, its pretty slow; like when you attack an opponent, the game kinda slows down a little. I know it references SF2, but after the official you try making like some sort of turbo mode to speed things up.
don't worry this new game engine should be able to control frames much tighter, it does things differently and should be easy for us to increase the speed, unlike all our previous games.
