Advocate chaitanya from Hyderabad accompanied his Client Koyya Suresh Sangareddy to meet SP in the case matter pertaining to 498a. The defact complainants of of the 498A case attacked the client and advocate and beat severely causing injury to him on 29-08-2024 at 5pm. The advocate is being treated in Govt hospital Sangareddy. 5 stitches to head and advised to the speciality hospital hyd. If advocates are attacjed for representing, how can any advocate work? Is zealously representing in court a crime? All Bar Associations must condemn the act and police meeds to take stringent action against the attackers. All bar associations must take it to task. Enough is enough.
