I'm not quite sure what it's called where you are, some call it web mat, I call it a gold woven mat.

Apply a line of glue over the fascinator and place your beads over it.

You can get stiffener at a millinery materials store or you can mix Top Bond general purpose glue with water to stiffen your fascinator.

Paper mat is a type of material commonly used in crafting and millinery. You can find it at your local millinery or craft store. A hat stiffener is used to stiffen hats. It is sold at the market where hat materials are sold. You can make a stiffener at home by mixing Top bond general purpose white glue with water. To cut your material, measure your mould with a tape rule then add 2 inches to your measurement and cut that on the material. My mould measured 7 inches so I cut 9 inches of the material.
