    Awesome. Too many times a "new system" or "AI" is the Go To for executives to "fix" simplistically stated operational and optimisation problems. Warren has laid out a clear case that setting the newly graduated MBA or data scientist on a complex, and not well articulated operational problem does not end well.

    I'm working on a dynamic pricing and routing problem in same-day delivery. post decision state would be very useful to avoid expectation calculation. But i found out it's hard to define a proper PDS like some papers in dynamic vehice routing😂😂. I have no choice but to use the Monte Carlo method. I hope to become an expert in ADP one day through my efforts.
