It is a fulfilling job to put a smile on someone's face like that
I have ld and live on my own however l have a support worker who.l see once a week.
The way she didnt let him put his own drink inside the cup and then say “oh thats enough” and snached it off him wtf
Think again……..he’s probably been given the chance to do it himself before & maybe overfilled it with undiluted cordial so she’s supporting him to put the right amount in with the intention that he learns & remembers from this experience………
Ffs there always one.

This was super interesting to watch! I'm autistic and getting support to stay in employment
This is a great video. Thanks…I’ve just been offered a job as a support worker so was keen to see this. Thanks again
I've tried to get help from Enniskillen positive futures for my 23 year old son. Not one phone call have I received and I've left several messages. Imo. My opinion isn't the same of this charity because they're doing nothing for my son.

I'm a support worker to and I love my job it's very rewarding I support 3 service users in there home I couldn't think of a more rewarding job your all one big family 💜
Hi I'm really thinking about being a support worker I see tons of jobs for it and wonder why. I've never been in the role before but wondering how you get on with it ? I know there are many different roles within support working though
Hi Murray, I have a community support worker job interview coming up in a few days. Any tips to help me through the interview please? I look forward to hearing from you
What’s the difference between a support worker and a care assistant is it the same job? Also as a support worker will I need to cook food?
I want to know too
I’m going to start my training soon and after that I get to start my job… is it easy or hard ? And do u look after the same service users all the time long as u keep the job and sometimes do they just tell to go for an hour to ur service users house ?
my son’s autism spectrum disorder was completely reversed with the help of Solution Healing Home channel on TH-cam th-cam.com/users/shortsh0YncUMye4c?feature=share
I’ve recently done sport in college for 3 years. Plan was to do sport with disadvantaged/disabled kids. I’d still like to do that but I think the market is very small for it and I’m thinking about becoming a support worker as even though my preference would be sport the point was to ultimately help them. Plan is to do a course in college or uni but not sure what course would be best for me? I want to teach people with disabilities basic life skills and to see them progress and become more independent. Plan is to do a course and something along side that like a part time job or volunteering! To put on my CV to show I have experience. What would you suggest?
A lot of private companies are requesting for applicants even without qualifications and experience as they offer full in house training.
@@ChewyChops yes I have just got a part time job as a mental health support worker. Ultimately I want to work with youth (teenagers) so I’ll be looking to do some sort of youth qualification in September and go from there
@@ChewyChops cause if you want to work with youth there’s loads that require a youth qualification and a full driving license
Have you ever thought of doing a physiotherapist course?
Disability/aged care or Community services certificates will do
Nice for this video
Thank you for your updates on UK HCA jobs. Does HCA or Carer jobs have age limits or do you require specific age groups to find jobs in UK. Thank you
