Thank you for this word. It's been something I've been questioning in myself, not hearing lately. Here is a question that may go with this subject. I recently worked as a teacher at a Christian School, and this particular Christian School rejected and would not enroll families if they were not of Christian Faith. I overheard the Assistant Director turn away a family because they were from another country and did not practice Christianity but wanted to learn the Faith, but they were turned away. My gutt for that next 6 months to a year was very unsettling. Now would that have possibly been a moment where God showed me that their practices are not right in that school and I had a reason to feel unsettled. My thoughts were , aren't we supposed to be leeding people to Jesus and being the salt of the earth? This just kind of hit me when I heard this podcast. This was a fantastic teaching Pastors Ron and Hope.

I remember Dr. Munroe speaking on this years ago. To paraphase, When we are far away, God yells and as we move closer His voice gets softer until it is a whisper. I cry just remembering this. I hope it helps someone. God loves us so much that He will meet you where you are to try to talk to you.

These 2 wonderful people of God help me reconcile with my wife after her 5 year affair. Men Usually don’t come forward and talk about this kind of stuff but it helps to know you’re not alone. I was at the brink of going crazy. I couldn’t hear God anymore. Thank God for Ron and Hope for being strong enough to share with others so that we can dream again.

Last month, I went through an unexpected and hurtful breakup. For weeks I couldn’t get past the pain. I suffered emotionally as a result. I cried out to God to get me through it. I’m healing and getting stronger day by day. But Learning about how “dreaming brings you out of captivity”, “put the pain behind, learn from it”, and “focus on the future” will be my breakthrough.
