U guys could do better than. This what u are all selling .no 1 l would not buy à house with 0ne bathroom no 2 the house is ugly looking no 3 it just noooohing in it. They could build the houses with more feature what is that anyway.

It's not that bad. If they emptied out what's inside the whole house, paint and re do the flooring, put in a new shower and toilet and tile the bathroom, place new window coverings , a ceiling fan, just change the wood on the veranda and paint it, it can work! Just cut the grasss neatly that's a decent space. It's a decent fixer upper. A handy mans special. Good for a man who like wood working 🪵 You can even paint the outside of the house over just to make it fresh. You wouldn't need no more than $4000 to renovate this tiny home. People have to live. This for men who don't care just they want somewhere to cache. It will sell The house is useful it already has a water tank in the back..

It needs renovations like a good paint job and organization. This is just for people that just want to back to their yaad. Someone will buy it. If it was for $1000 usd I would buy it. The land space is good I don't know about the gouse though. This is a YAAD mans house 😅 you xan easily raise goats and chickens in the back EASY.. that's money still. Easy farm space.
