Great informative video bro! Thanks
@@influenz1490 thanks watch my other videos and share
bill would be 1000 $ for just finding out circuit braker was turned off .
Not off was tripped and definitely not $1000 lol
Love your videos. Great at explaining things. Thanks man.
Thanks
Great video. Thank you for sharing. May I ask, is that CB2 box at blower motor was tripped power ? and cause of Unit down ?
Ccb was tripped, I couldn't find any mechanical cause but I think that was related to electric power outage
Tx valve
Also I order the fan blade also. Just in case. Be well.
Fan blad was in good condition and came out easily that's what why I didn't change
Nice work,i like to do the 3 wire and leave capacitor inside,i have had the blade shoot water to the capacitor and trip the breaker.thanks for sharing.
Thanks, I took care it properly capacitor is far from blade
Great video. Thank you for sharing
Thanks
Well explained!!!
Good job. But you don't told us how can soldering Cooper pipe with aluminum condenser coil .
Thanks I didn't have any option to hold my phone for video recording, I used special filler rod to braze for copper to aluminum
Like your videos. Thanks man.
Thanks
Great video. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks
Great video wish i could see the Brazing
Sorry there was no way holding phone to record but I will next time
Like always excellent video!!!
Thanks for the visit
How did you braze the copper to the aluminum??
There are special alloy rods available for this
Great video. Good job and nice work. Thank you for sharing
Thanks for watching!
I had the same problem with more than 20 units at the same time and I thought was normal 😅 due all motors same position were stopped ! My question is why all units with the same problem ? LPS bad in all of them or just the board know when send the 24v to this motor in particular
Well that depends what is ambient temperature is if it is too low then it takes some time to build up pressure in condensor coil and to activate fan motor relay, if it is too hot then fan starts right away just like other fan in the video was starting, board has nothing to do with it
Very good video!!! Nicely explained, thank you so much
Thanks please share with your friends
Nice work 😀

Great video. Good Job and Nice Work. Thank you for sharing. May I ask, is it high pressure switch on liquid line was bad ? If it, how many pressure that switch will open ?
Yes that was pressure switch on liquid line, that should close on high pressure as ambient temperature was 75F should be close just like other pressure switch for different fan
I’m confused why the problem couldn’t have been the relay itself? Because it was bypassed and the motor started
That was not relay it was pressure switch actually, and I start from the component which is not working, and Traced it backward for root cause
The relay was working properly but not receiving 24v to activate it for that reason the motor not working. 24v was controlled by LPS in this case.
@@joseantoniopadronhidalgo8016 yes
Sorry, a newbie here. I understand that the relay was working but I don't get how you knew it wasn't the relay by moving the black wire from lower terminal to upper terminal.
@@yoyoman3386 ok I check step by step, condensor fan motor was not working I checked motor, it was ok then supply motor voltage by bypassing relay which was by moving black wire, motor started next step was why relay wasn't working so Traced relay through wire diagram, and found pressure switch was faulty
Nice video, watching from Norway, hope for more videos!
Thanks please share it to your friends
Good video 👍👍👍
Thank you 👍
Nice work, good find, you find this problem with the old Trane units, when it rains it trips the breaker, because they break and they are live.
Thanks for the info
You’re genius. Excellent troubleshooting, great work.
Thanks but no genius
@@Learnhvac. The reason I said that because this is unique way of troubleshooting. Separating high power and low power , the way you did it is great. Humble is also a good thing
Great video. Good Job and Nice Work. Thank you for sharing. Have a nice weekend. I was learned new thing from your video today. May I ask, is it good for compressor running working without crankcase heater. I'm new to hvac.
Thanks crank case heater heats compressor oil and which causes to release refrigerant mixed with oil so it increases a efficiency of system but system can run without it
Great find , short to ground on high voltage is no easy thing to do . Great troubleshooting, looking forward to more of your posts Stay safe
Thanks
Great video. Nice content. Thank you for sharing. Have a nice weekend
👏🏼
Thanks my AMIGO that was one of the best step by step troubleshooting
Thanks
Excellent video Bro👏👏 Thank you so much!!!
Thanks
You gotta show how you wired it..
Follow the wiring instructions on motor label I have mentioned in this video watch from 4.50
