    I really don’t like the new AI descriptions you guys added to your product descriptions on your website. It use to be straight to the point with characteristic info about the fruits and trees. Now it’s all used car salesman sounding trying to trigger emotion. Do you guys realize you copy pasted the same descriptions on almost every fruit tree on your website? Please stop doing that. We want to buy fruit trees based on factual descriptions without all the fluff.

    I purchased many fruiting trees from your nursery when we started fruitscaping our homestead. Y'all have a great variety of cultivars that are difficult to find at other nurseries. Y'all also have one of the best websites in the industry in my opinion. The jujube is the only one of the trees that we have purchased that hasn't done great and hasn't grown much. We did move it to another location on our property last year and hoping it does better there.

    Growingfruit has several forum topics on persimmons. Nikita gift is supposedly very notorious for young tree fruit loss. According to the forums, this may be related to the fact that this variety does not grow any further once the veg. growth has finished for the year. Many varieties, in contrast, will have a secondary growth spurt mid season. If the plant uptakes excess nitrogen after this growth phase, it would have no place to go but in the fruit, causing fruit drop. 'Unused nitrogen' builds up in the calyx and by some means leads to fruit drop. Also fruit drop can be caused by watering after a dry period due to the new water re-monbilizing nitrogen

    • @justfruitsandexotics3024
      @justfruitsandexotics3024 ปีที่แล้ว

      There are several reasons for fruit drop. Can be due to the maturity of the tree, holding too much fruit, need of nutrients or animals. Thin the fruit if holding too much and if you haven't, feed the tree.

    • @justfruitsandexotics3024
      @justfruitsandexotics3024 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      No, you should not need to replant. Ideally you should be able to just dig around the trunk some using your hands until you see the bottom of the trunk / beginning of the graft. Then just pull up from the bottom of the trunk some to raise it. If it was only a week or so ago, this will cause no harm. Tamp in more dirt after that, and water it well. Good luck!
