I fear reopening my third eye again.. I closed it with extreme penance and sadhna but i still see or hear the world beyond the viel sometimes. Even some people that comes in contact with my aura states encountering those entity. I believe I opened it with intense third eye meditation but now am more focuse into meditation guided by enlightened Guru.

Very few people who managed to open third eye from which some were desperate to close it because they were very scared of what they were seeing !

Greetings, there are 3 important steps when you are on your Spiritual Journey. For sure it includes the 3rd eye opening. However, it is part of the Spiritual Journey. The first thing to consider is meditation . This will help you navigate . The second one is grounding. This will help you channel the energy from God through the crown chakra. The third one is to ask your Higher self, guide or Guardian angel to guide you to avoid unpleasant experiences. Keep in mind this the word of a life time. Usually when you are developing your 3rd eye abilities , you will learn how to distinguish the insights coming from God. When this happens, focus on the high vibrations (frequencies) of the insights. It will take time but not impossible. If you are ready for this venture, your guide will show you a sign, If you are not ready, then you will not see signs. Also keep in mind that each and everyone has a different path when developing your Spiritual Journey...

Third eye perceptions can heighten altruistic behavior, which can create risk. No big surprise, but, allowing another being to think and or perceived FOR you probably presents Alot more risk, and just because a pattern (of behavior) happens to prove useful doesn't mean that it is YOURS to follow.

The most narcissistically abusive people I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with in life, all believe themselves to be empathic. They're like blindfolded wrecking balls, smashing into people's lives leaving destruction in their wake whilst pretending to be decent. Ego and emotion being their blindfolds. My ego has never really been a problem, at least not for me. My lack of ego, and general emotion, has always been a problem for the narcissistic parasites ('empaths'), for they cannot continue to feed. They percieve value/narcissistic supply, and upon realising you are a grey rock, smear and condemn.

Ive seen my doppelganger 3 times. The first time he warned me of something bad coming, it was the drug I was offered 3 weeks later that awoken my schizophrenia after four tries. The second time I woke up at 3am and turned over and he was knelt by my bed. We just stared into each other's eyes for a couple of minutes.. then he stood up and disappeared. The last time he came to me and this time I told him, say something! He said "hurry up.. your time is almost up" that was 5 months ago.
