Well, you definitely need to use half of the batter to add the strawberry jam. I used 2 pockets of unflavored gelatin (7g) sold in the u.s....and I also used the strawberry glaze for the middle filling, and it turned out looking great 😅.. now please tell me the name of the song used after 3:46 please I know I heard it some where

Made this recipe. Next time I will leave out the 2 tsp of cream of tartar. It made the cake sour which didn’t work with the bitter of the chocolate. I think it wii be perfect without it.

What size pan did you use? It looks delicious I’d like to try and make it.

I gave it my college try. Mine turned out nothing like this. Doing the whole grams to cups and so on is always a failure waiting to happen. 40 grams of Lorna dune is 6 small squares. Not even close to a crust. So odd to a new recipe with better luck.
