I feel like this should be a major focus on Rockets character in the third film. After Losing his family and getting it back he will become very determined to protect them and keep them safe. I wouldn't be surprised if it ends with him sacrificing himself like Groot and Yondu.

Rocket is by far the best, deepest, and most well written character in the MCU. The only nitpic I have of the character isn't even about the character himself. it's just the noticing of Bradley Cooper pitched his voice a tiny bit higher in vol.2 onwards. I kinda liked his tone of voice in volume 1

When Rocket was introduced, he denounced death as something that just happened so it wouldn't affect him. After infinity war...it affected him.
