How can the subframe only substain 18 lbs? Isnt the whole motorcycle designed to carry a passenger other than the driver? Might sound like a rethoric question, but i'm genuinely interested
That's what honda rates the cargo capacity as. And that is further back on the subframe than where a passenger would sit. We routinely carry 40+ lbs on ours, but YMMV-

@Itchybootstravel is in Guatemala right now (TH-cam Vlog) on her way to Alaska. I'm curious if you would feature some of your gear on her 300L Rally ABS, a collab., because she is test/destroying her bike, with limited repair parts in Central America, lol! Just saying...
We helped out Itchboots on her 1st trip on the HIMLAYAN, and we tried to help on her current 300L Rally trip, but she wanted to try and go minimalist on this journey.

How much weight/ cargo can I put on this rear center rack?
Honda recommends a 15lb limit on rear subframe, but quite a few guys seem to be doing 30 w/o a problem

Hi. The black one looks great. Is there somewhere we can find out more on how you did this? In particular the wrap material and technique, and other mods apart from the CBR motor? I'd love to do this to my 300 rally.

Don't like the sound of your pipe much ! I put a FMF Muffler on my CRF - 250 LA 2020 model w/ a power commander plugged in under the seat & i got a way better throttle response it made my bike come alive ! FMF asom makes the Header pipe that goes to the FMF Muffler which i haven't done yet ! But i guess it really even gets better yet ! Also the FMF Muffler comes w/ a spark screen that really works great too that doesn't get in the way of the sound or performance !

Hi Ryan, it's wrapped in matte black, and the logos are done in a super reflective wrap which works great at night.
My 2020 250l is all black not wrapped or painted.
the black motorcycle of what brand is it and why is it taller than the honda 250 rally?
Hi Omar, sorry, we just saw this... The black one is a standard honda 250 Rally that's been wrapped and has a CBR 300 motor, the other bike is a standard rally except it has been lowered.
